THE REFERRAL PROCESS FOR ALL REAL ESTATE BROKERAGES

In order to effectively serve your Client, we have outlined our process for a business listing referral. Please note that the process cannot move forward without the required documents. 


1. An NDA will be executed between Client and eXp Commercial, LLC.

2. Business Valuation - We are certified to perform business valuations and will perform one for the Client. Why is this important to know?

  • If the business is undervalued, Client leaves Money on the Table! 
  • If business is overvalued, we waste time and money, BUT most importantly, the business will NOT sell!

 

The Business Valuation will take approximately 2 weeks, starting from the date all financial documentation has been received. Once the Business Valuation is completed, we will:


3. Schedule a Zoom/conference call to discuss the Business Valuation with the Client.
 

4. Execute a Listing Agreement and Agent Referral Agreement, if the Client decides to move forward.
 

5. Pay 25% Referral Fee after closing, at the settlement of the transaction by eXp Commercial.

As the Referring Agent, you will not be directly involved in the process. We will send you updates as follows:

  1. When the listing goes live
  2. When the listing goes under contract
  3. When the listing closes
